This model starts with conceptual learning, where learners are introduced to key theories, principles, and foundational knowledge. This phase uses 30% of the time for lectures, reading materials, and visual aids to provide a structured understanding of the subject matter.

Following this, 30% of the time is dedicated to discussions, which are essential for deepening understanding through interaction, debate, and the exchange of ideas.
